Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the images.
Additionally contained in this latest document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.
Further materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
